GR79-0323-4651, Remington NM Army .44, 6 shot. Strong flashes of blue on the barrel and frame. 20% overall dark blue, mixing to chocolate patina on the barrel, frame and cylinder. The gun shows scattered bumps, dings and marks to the frame and barrel. Clear metal markings. Functional mechanics. The grip shows a stress line in the left grip and a smaller line on the right grip. The bore is bright and shiny, crisply rifled with a few patches of light residue and some streaking blue in bore. Better than average bore, very good as is and may clean out to be much better. There are moderate, bumps and dings all over the gun, showing years of use. Serial number 110,xxx matches on the barrel and frame. There is a number on the back of the cylinder and it does not match, not uncommon for Remingtons. There is a piece of thin cardboard under one grip. It has a name on it and so do the grips. The name looks like John B Baldan Stanton VA Very good overall.
